What Love Really Means ~ Day 6 + Giveaway!

Good Morning Loves!

Today we are going to visit Heidi.  Heidi is one crafty mama!  I met Heidi on a baby.center board when we both lost our babies that were due in November of 2009.  Heidi's daughter, Jamie Lynn, was diagnosed before birth with a fatal condition.  Heidi decided to carry Jamie as long as she could and she met her beautiful daughter in October of 2009.  Heidi is also mom to three boys and has her rainbow due this month!  Please go over and visit Heidi and see what love means to her.  Also check out her beautiful embroidery she can do!

Please also take a look at her outreach to loss mammas.  She can embroider your baby's footprints onto a blanket.  I think it's really awesome and I plan on sending her a blanket and Shyla's footprints once her baby button is here and things have settled down.  Here is her daughter's blanket as an example:

I have many things that help me carry my baby's name on...but one of my favorites is a charm bracelet from My Forever Child that I received from two of my best friends early on after I lost Kennedy. I wear it every single day...and it rarely even comes off.

I carry my son with me where ever I go... we had Sebastion's ashes put into jewelry urns, so he is always close to my heart.
I will go over and say hello to Heidi now:)

I carry my baby with me in my heart. I truly feel like I'm the mother of 2, not just my fifteen month old. In my mind, i have a 15 month and a 18 month old.i have a blanket on the back of my rockibg chair thats in memory of Peanut, so when i rock Keevia, i rock them both.

One of the most precious things I have to remember my Aiden by is an ornament with his footprints. At Christmas we hang it on the tree. For the rest of the year it stays out next to his picture and hat in our bedroom.

I'd actually like to share 2 things with you that are precious reminders of my sweet angel baby. One is a charm bracelet that I wear almost everywhere I go. And the other is his/her ultrasound pic on my mantel w/ our other family pics. I always kiss her (the ultrasound pic) good night every night before bed. Pics of both are on my blog if you wanna see... http://galatians4-22-23.blogspot.com/2010/03/my-bracelet.html. <3 =)

First and foremost, I carry Bryston and Colton in my heart. Every second of every day. After the boys passed away, my husband bought me a ring. It is an open heart and it is from a collection called, "Always in my Heart" - how fitting? I had their initials engraved on the inside and I never take it off. I also have the boys' urn right next to my bed on my night stand. We are going to be moving soon and are packing but I plan to have a special place to put out some of the boys' things at our new home. ♥ I want to share them with everyone who comes to our home. They may not physically be here, but they are forever a part of our family.

♥ Bryston & Colton ♥
