(Edited to add...this is my 200th post!)

2011 is upon us and to spread a little hope and joy, I wanted to giveaway this beautiful leather debossed planner from Christ.ian Art Gifts.

I know HOPE means a lot to me.  The very word is inspiring and encouraging.

This giveaway will only be open until Thursday, December 30 at around 9 am est.  I will get it out in the mail that day to the winner so they can get it as close to the first of the year and get the full use out of it!  I love this daily planner!  There is daily scriptures and monthly inspirations.

To be entered to win this giveaway, just leave a comment about HOPE. What that word means to you.  What is your favorite HOPE-filled scripture or quote?  What do you HOPE for in 2011?  Anything HOPEful!

You can also get extra entries by  (1) following my blog and (2) "like" Beauty will Rise on Face.book. Just leave separate comments for each.

I'm hoping you all had a peaceful Christmas and I can't wait to share photos from ours!

Happy New Year!

13But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
14For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
15For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Beautiful Book! Hope to me means that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Hope means someday I will hold a crying baby and watch him grow :)

My hope for 2011 is that God will give me the strength to be a good mother, both to my daughter in heaven and to my son who I hope will stay with us here on earth.

What an amazing giveaway ♥

My hopes for 2011? I have many. I have a surgery coming up in February and my hope is that everything goes well. I hope to conceive our rainbow baby in 2011. I hope my girls continue to be happy and healthy. I hope my husband and I continue to grow our relationship with the Lord. I have "met" some really amazing woman in the journey and my hope, my wish, is for all their dreams to come true. This list could go on forever. I pray 2011 is a great year for everyone. ♥

Romans 12:12

Rejoice in hope, be patient in suffering, persevere in prayer.

1 Thessalonians 4:13
"...that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope."
I have lost seven babies. I grieve so deeply. But I grieve as one who has hope. Hope that my King will return, wipe all the tears from my eyes, and that I will be reunited with my children in paradise someday!
I don't have lots of hope for having babies on earth... but I do not grieve without hope!

HOPE is what gets an infertilite through the day. HOPE allows us to keep trying, even after years of BFN's. HOPE provides us with comfort. HOPE is what I hang on to while praying for a child.

What a beautiful giveaway! Hope to me means my hope that lies with Jesus Christ, that He will lead me throughout my life, and when I am gone, I will reside with Him in Glory. I have hope because He has paid the price for my sinfulness and I have accepted Him into my heart.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 (New International Version, ©2010)

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart

Hope is what makes up keep going back and trying something again as in "I hope it works this time" no matter what the matter is we are trying for we still HOPE.

My hope for 2011 is that my family and I will grow strong and steadfast in the Lord as we place our hope and trust and assurance in Him. As his word declares in Jeremiah 29:11, he knows the plans he has for us, to prosper us and not harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. Whatever life may throw at us this coming year, I believe the plan of God will reign.
