I hope you all are feeling the love!

Today we are going to hop over to Lisette's!  Lisette is mom to an adorable little boy here on Earth, her precious Sami and her conjoined twin Faith in Heaven and is carrying her rainbow baby now.  Lisette is always so honest in her grief.  I love that she shares what's on her heart so openly and I love all the little pink hearts on her blog.  She has a beautiful soul and it just shines through!
